Hi it's Danny Valencia here with My City Nest powered by Keller Williams and today I will share with you a quick video as how we as a property consultancy company are adjusting in direct response to the Corona virus situation. So the very first thing that we're doing is because of the very nature of our business, we still have to be in the local area. So we've reached out to the community and just let them know that we're here to help and support. So if there's any vulnerable people out there, elderly people, and there are say even parents or mothers who are self isolating with their children, then we're here to help and support whether that's shopping in the local neighborhood or anything else that they need. We're here to support.
The second thing that we're doing is we're advising our colleagues and our agents to work from home wherever they can. And when they do have those meetings, viewings or valuations that can go out straight from home instead of being in an environment where there are several agents or many agents under one office. Because as an example, we have 45 agents under our market center, and that's the last thing we want. We don't want to have too many people confined in one room. When it comes to viewings. We've seen a very small proportion of buyers canceling the people that we have seen cancel is of course elderly people who are viewing properties. And of course those people who have been abroad who actually self isolating. And that's fair and it's something that's very respectful of course instead of a meeting us at the property. So one thing that we're doing is we're highlighting to sellers importance of the 3D Tours and also professional video tours as well.
Now more than ever, so important because buyers are making sure that they are only viewing the properties that are at the very top of the list. So I want to make sure that these properties are not overlooked by any buyers whatsoever. And this situation where we do need to meet clients, whether it's a home valuation of property consultancy or whether that be viewings, we're making sure, of course we're not shaking any hands and when we are in between offices or at home, we're following the government guidelines in terms of washing our hands, not touching our faces and of course when coughing or sneezing that we do have a tissue to hand when it comes to open houses. We've been very successful open houses where we have multiple buyers come in at the same time. We're continuing with the open houses. The adjustment that we're making is we're doing it by appointment only, so we're doing them by slot.
So we continue to do this while being respectful to of course the buyers themselves. And finally we do take our training very seriously because as property consultants, we are here to serve you whether you're a seller in London, whether you're a buyer, whether you are a landlord. So we're going to continue doing that training and that we're going to increase that training. We're just not going to do it physically in closed doors with 45 agents. What we're going to do is we're going to be taking that virtually, so we're going to continue our training for sure. Now, one thing that I wanted to leave you with is if there's anything that we can do to support you in your community, we do serve five prime London area, so the chances are that one of our agents will be able to help you if you are so far isolating.
