Client Executive Virtual Assistant

This position is part listings coordinator, part leasing coordinator as well as assisting the property management team.

A highly successful candidate in this role will have 2 years' experience in the customer service sector taking our current systems and processes and actively working to improve them and maximise their effectiveness. Knowledge as a real estate Virtual assistant is preferred but not essential.

Your job will entail but not limited to:

  • Answering enquires
  • Booking in viewings
  • Progressing tenancies
  • Booking in certificates and contractors
  • Handling landlord and tenant enquires
  • Any other duties deemed necessary to support Lettings & property management activities

UK Working Time Zone

We are based in London at 0 GMT and proposed hours 8am - 5pm with some flexibility if required.

Skills and experience:

  • People oriented
  • Attention to detail and meticulous Is a must
  • Two years of excellence in providing outstanding customer service as a VA
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in handling difficult conversations
  • Experienced in dispute resolution and problem solving
  • Previous Transaction/ Listing/ leasing coordination experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • *Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google Calendar, Google Docs,  Excel, CRM and project management tools

Full Time

  • Proposed Compensation $5 per hour or more based on experience
  • Full time 9 hrs a day (with 1 hour unpaid lunch Break)
  • 8am-5pm  GMT time zone (some flexibility may be considered )
