  • Main booker: Keys will only be handed to the person who made the booking unless agreed in advance. Valid ID will be required at check-in.
  • ID & Security: For security and fraud prevention, we may request passport or ID verification before arrival. This applies to all guests over the age of 16.
  • Guest numbers: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests so that linen and towels can be provided accordingly.
  • Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a £100 replacement fee.
  • Smoking and pets are not allowed.
  • House parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund if this rule is violated.
  • A £250 refundable security deposit is required, securely held and released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided there’s no damage. After booking, you’ll receive instructions for the authorisation to complete your reservation.
