We are committed to transparency and fairness, providing clear information about any fees associated with your tenancy.

  • Amendment Fee: £50 for amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy, subject to the landlord's agreement to the change.
  • Payments Required in the Event of a Default by the Tenant:
    • Loss of a key or other security device.
    • Failure to make a full rent payment within 14 days of the due date.
  • Payments Required Where Tenants Terminate a Tenancy:
    • If you terminate the tenancy agreement before the end of a fixed-term agreement or without giving the required notice, you will be responsible for covering the actual loss suffered by the landlord.
